Fell off the Wagon. Back on the Horse

If you've been playing along at home, you'll know that habitude is my new word for the new 'habits' and 'attitudes' that I am adding to my lifestyle. Six in fact. Each week.

Hi!
How is it possible that this much time has passed?  I have sat down to write this post about half a dozen times this past few weeks. Because there is sooooo much to say, I get part way through and decide I can't post an unfinished product.  This is obviously not acceptable! I'm sure people have been losing sleep wondering how my habitude experiment is going. ;-)  I do apologise if you have been waiting to read more.  I will try to write smaller posts (perhaps blogging about one habitude per day might be a better fit for me?) I won't know until I try, I suppose.

Habitudes

Righty oh.
Buckle Up Baby...Here We Go

I've buckled up
and strapped myself in for the ride of my life. I hope.
This little experiment of mine has the potential to be huge in my world. A game changer.
I'm actually quite excited about this little adventure I've just embarked upon.
It's been a long time in the making. 7 years of research.
A lifetime of learning.

I think I have most of the parts in place.
Of course you can never have all your ducks in a row completely, for life is ever changing.  We need to be able to grow and change if we wish to thrive and excel.  I have always been fearful of change. It never sat comfortably with me.  I admire those people immensely who look fear in the face and flip it the middle finger.  Those who embrace change with gusto.

Ready, set...

This is a super long post. Apologies in advance.
There's lots to say first time back in ten months.
Hope you'll hang in there.  Future posts will be more like me - short ;-)

Hello old friends.
It's been a while since my last confession blog post.  I have been a bit neglectful of late of this lovely little space I call my blog.  So I've decided to commit to a more regular writing schedule.  Regular for me does not necessarily mean every day...or even every second (or third...). By aiming for one day a week, I can give myself copious amounts of praise and a pat on the back if I manage to make that happen (because not unlike a puppy, I work well with praise).
